Sell a range you can stand behind
Sell timber without becoming a timber company. We supply showrooms, installers and resellers on a supply-only basis: you own the customer, the survey and the installation, and hold no stock, commit no capital and give up no floor space.
Lignum is the timber window and door system of The Joinery Network, built by approved manufacturers across the UK to one specification and one set of drawings. Wealden Joinery is an approved Lignum manufacturer and has been making timber windows and doors in Sussex since 1994.

What you get
Set up to sell, not just to buy
You own the customer
Supply-only, on exactly the basis you buy and sell everything else. The quote, the survey and the installation are yours. We manufacture, document and deliver, and we never contact your customer.
No stock, no capital, no floor space
Every unit is made to your confirmed sizes after the order is placed. No buy-in, no shelf space, no dead lines — and no minimum order quantity or value at any stage.
A price on screen in under two minutes
Pick the style, type any size in range, choose finish, glazing and ironmongery, and read a live price. You set the margin centrally; the counter sees a selling price only, and your trade prices are never exposed to the browser.
Nothing is cut on a guess
We check every order for buildability, then issue a technical drawing and written specification. Nothing enters production until you have signed it off, and the approved drawing is the document that settles any argument later.
A system, not one workshop's diary
Lignum is built by approved manufacturers to one specification, so a busy month at one site does not become a slipped date at your counter. Capacity is placed rather than queued.
Somewhere to take a complaint
A named trade account manager, a logged case against the order, published response times, and automatic escalation to a director at 21 days. Plus a written monthly report on our own performance — on-time delivery, defect rate, every case and its cause.

The questions you’d ask first
Is there a minimum order?
No. No minimum order quantity, value or annual commitment, at any stage. Units are made to your confirmed sizes after the order is placed, so you never own inventory in this range.
How is pricing set?
A fixed trade list price per product across the standard range, scaled by size, published and stable. What you charge your own customer is entirely your business — you set the margin centrally and the counter sees only the resulting price.
Who surveys and fits?
You do. Selling, surveying and installing is your business and we would not presume to take it off you. What we remove is the part you cannot control: we check every order for buildability before it is made, and give your teams the timber-specific survey and fitting detail in writing.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Your counter still takes the call — what changes is that it has somewhere to take it. A case is acknowledged within 4 working hours, a technical diagnosis within 3 working days, and anything still open at 21 days escalates to a director without being asked. Where the fault is ours, the remake is ours.
What do the guarantees cover?
rot and fungal decay 30 years, workmanship 10 years, paint finish 10 years, hardware 10 years, glazing up to 15 years — all transferable to a new property owner, which is a resale argument no PVC-U frame can make. Full detail on the specification page.
What are the lead times?
An indicative lead time on screen at the point of quote, and a committed named date at drawing sign-off — not a window. Live order status is visible to you, and if a date moves we tell you before your customer finds out.
Let’s talk about your account
Tell us what you sell, where you sell it and roughly what volume you’re looking at, and we’ll come back with terms that fit.
